• Contact your bank (there may be a processing delay) If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@unfilteredbysadaje.com.

9. Late or Missing Items
Unfiltered By Sadaje is not responsible for delays or missing items once an order has been dispatched. Customers are advised to contact the shipping carrier directly with the provided tracking information and  Refunds will only be considered upon verification of a filed claim with the carrier. As a courtesy, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
